Remodeling – Renovation & Restoration Background
Residential & Commercial High-End Construction ~ G.C. Project Management ~ Construction Consultant – Quality Control – Trades & Materials Coordinator.
1980
Paris – France
My first large scale and refined renovation and restoration project experience was in Paris – France, back in 1980.
The project: Old Parisian mansion to be restored to it’s original glory. The client/owner : Bauche family residence at Avenue Foch, Paris-France.
1985
New York – USA
One of my first managerial position: DC-9 Painters Union foreman position.
LOCATION: New Construction at FOUR WORLD FINANCIAL CENTER, downtown Manhattan,
AMERICAL EXPRESS building 42 floors with 2.1 million square feet.
MERRILL LYNCH building 34 floors with 1.8 million square feet.
Connected by the beautiful WINTER GARDEN.
1988
Picasso Co.
When this project finished, by 1988, I open my small Painting & Wall Paper Hanging company by the name of PICASSO CO, the rest is a history of 32 years of distinguished and honest work in New York.
2015
NYC Renovation Group Corp.
Project Manager / Estimator / Supervisor with experience for both, residential as well commercial construction sector. Mainly in the hi-end residential (80%) and some commercial approximately (20%) of the projects in NYC since 1988 and until the mid of 2019.
